Yes. Every product Baseshop sells is an original Korean product from the brand: SKIN1004, Medicube, VT Cosmetics, Anua, Round Lab, Celimax, Medi-Peel, Biodance, Beauty of Joseon, Dr. Althea and Numbuzin. We don't sell copies or look-alike versions.
Check the seller first: a real shop shows the full product name, volume and price, and answers questions about it. Then check the product: sharp, error-free printing in Korean and English, an intact seal, and a batch code and expiry date on the pack. A price far below other shops is the most common warning sign.

Both. Besides single products, we sell Base bundles, ready-made routines built around one brand, and brand-made sets and travel kits. See the Bundles and Sets categories, or ask us to put together a routine for your skin.
From thinnest to thickest: cleanser, toner, essence or serum, eye cream, then moisturizer, with sunscreen last in the morning. In the evening, start with a cleansing oil if you wore sunscreen or makeup, skip the sunscreen, and apply treatments such as retinol after toner.
Double cleansing means washing twice in the evening: first with a cleansing oil or balm that dissolves sunscreen and makeup, then with a gentle foam or gel that removes what is left. You need it on days you wore sunscreen or makeup; in the morning one gentle cleanse is enough.
Three products are enough to start: a gentle cleanser, a moisturizer that suits your skin type, and a daily sunscreen. Add one targeted product, such as a niacinamide or centella serum, only when you have a specific concern, and introduce new products one at a time.
Yes, if you are outdoors or near windows during the day, because UVA rays pass through clouds and glass. It matters even more if you use retinol, acids or exfoliating pads, which make skin more sun-sensitive. Apply it as the last morning step and reapply every two hours in strong sun.
Online at baseshop.am. Baseshop is a Korean skincare shop in Yerevan that sells original products from 11 Korean brands, with delivery within 24 hours in Yerevan and in 2–3 days to the regions of Armenia. You order on the website and pay by card or in cash on delivery.
No. Baseshop is online only, so there is no store to visit: you order on the website and we deliver to your door. Delivery in Yerevan takes up to 24 hours.
Every product page shows the current price in Armenian dram (AMD). Delivery costs 1,000 AMD on top, or nothing on orders from 20,000 AMD.
Yes. Create an account and verify your email, and 2,000 AMD goes to your customer wallet for your first order. After that, 2% of every purchase comes back to the wallet as cashback. Wallet money can be used on orders from 4,000 AMD.
Yes. Baseshop digital gift cards come in 15,000, 25,000 and 35,000 AMD: choose the value on the website, add it to the cart and pay as usual. It can be spent on any product from our 11 Korean brands, the safest skincare gift when you don't know someone's routine.

Yes. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our support team and request cancellation. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Yes, if it is defective or damaged. Contact us within 14 days of payment and we will refund the money to your original payment method. Products that arrive in good condition cannot be returned.
No, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. To avoid a mismatch, ask us before you buy: free advice on WhatsApp (+374 96 556633) or Instagram. Patch-test any new product on a small area first.

Yes. We deliver to the regions of Armenia in 2–3 days, at the same price as in Yerevan: 1,000 AMD, or free on orders from 20,000 AMD.
