Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream Mist is a hydrating toner in mist form, made for skin that reacts easily. It sits between a toner and a light cream — fine enough to spray over makeup, rich enough to leave skin comfortable rather than damp. Dr. Althea built it around rice bran water instead of plain water, which is what gives the 100ml bottle its soft, slightly cushioned feel.

The mist settles quickly without tackiness. Fermented ingredients and panthenol work on the skin barrier while niacinamide evens out tone over time, so it does more than simply add water back.
