VT Reedle Shot Lifting Eye Cream brings the spicule concept to the eye area, at a much lower level than the face products — eye skin is thinner and cannot take the same treatment.
The prickling is mild here compared to a Reedle Shot. Peptides and collagen do the firmness work; ceramides offset any dryness.
