Return and Refund Policy

Baseshop offers returns under limited conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of payment only if the product is:

• defective

• damaged

• faulty due to manufacturing defects.

Returns are not accepted for:

• products damaged by misuse

• normal wear and tear

• products damaged after delivery by the customer.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us at info@baseshop.am

2. Provide:

   • order number

   • description of the issue

   • photos if applicable.

After review, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refunds

If the returned product is confirmed to be defective:

• a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may depend on the customer's bank.
