Anua Azelaic Acid 3 Cica Skin Clarifying Toner is a treatment toner for skin dealing with redness and blemishes at the same time. The 250ml bottle combines 3% azelaic acid — an active better known in prescription form — with centella and a low level of BHA.

Azelaic acid is unusual in that it works on both the look of blemishes and the look of redness, which most actives do not. At 3% it is mild enough for daily use, and the centella keeps the formula from tipping into irritation.
