Medicube PDRN Pink Niacinamide Milky Toner is the first step of the PDRN Pink line, a milky toner rather than a watery one. The 150ml bottle combines PDRN with niacinamide and ceramides, so it hydrates and supports the barrier at the same time as delivering the active.

Milky toners suit skin that finds watery ones insufficient. It absorbs quickly despite the texture and layers well under the rest of the line.
